Your photographer will spend more time with you on you wedding day than ANYONE else and I get that this is a huge decision; I promise I don’t take it lightly! I’m not here to just snap pictures, I want to tell your story. You know, the one that lives on with you forever and ever and the one you tell your grandkids about!? What package do you recommend? Which is the most popular?
Package #2 is definitely the most popular, especially with the complimentary engagements, 8 hours is generally the perfect amount of time for most weddings.
When will I get my photos back?
Engagement photos are sent back via an online gallery within 2-3 weeks and includes about 60-80+ professionally edited images. I try and send sneak peeks 1-2 days after the shoot because I know you will be dying to see them! Wedding photos are returned within 6-8 weeks and includes 500+ (depending on how many hours I am there for) professionally edited images. Sneak peeks are also sent out for weddings, so wait before you post anything! :)
What happens if you can’t make it to our wedding?
Heaven forbid this happens, but in the un-likely case of something happening that’s out of my control and I am unable to come to your wedding, I will do EVERTHING I can to find you a replacement photographer that I trust to take my place to shoot, and I would still be the one to edit everything. I am a part of many photography groups and have a network of some great photographers local to my area and around the U.S., I am confident that I would be able to find someone for you. If a replacement is not found, you will be refunded.
Do you travel?
HECK YEA, I DO! Traveling is a huge passion of mine and I LOVE getting to explore new places. Even better if I get to take some fun photos of you two while I’m at it! Travel costs are included in my out-of-state packages to make your life a little easier. You wouldn’t need to worry about booking any of that for me, I would take care of it all. See? I’m here to help make your life a little easier :)
How do I know if I should add a second shooter?
I highly encourage having a second shooter because they bring so much value to the table. They are able to get different angles (the back of you walking down the aisle while I am capturing his face waiting for you, cocktail hour details while we are out getting sunset portraits of you two, the groomsmen getting ready while I am with you and your bridesmaids getting ready, your reaction to him seeing you for the first time in your dress during your first look while I get his reaction, etc). They are able to help tell the story in greater detail :) At the end of the night they will hand their cards over to me and I will be the one that does all of the editing. So you don’t have to worry about having two different styles or many different colors, etc.
How do we book you?!
AHHH, so excited! I will send a proposal to you that outlines everything you are receiving in your package along with a contract and an invoice for a $1000 retainer. Once that has been received and the contract is signed, I’m all yours!! You will officially be on my calendar and we can start planning all of the fun stuff! :)
What gear do you have?
I shoot with a Nikon D850 as my main camera body and a Nikon D750 as my second. 95% of the time I will use my 35mm 1.4 lens and then during your beautiful ceremony I will also use my 24-70mm lens to get up close and personal without interfering or getting in anyone’s way! I shoot all of my images on SanDisk 64gb Extreme Pro cards and immediately back everything up at home onto two different external hard drives. So your images are SAFE!
